Sales Executive

If you live and breathe real estate, resort and sales, we want to talk to you. We are looking for two Sales Executives with outreach to two large markets – Turkey and China. Lustica Bay is a unique development on pristine coast of Montenegro, and we are currently expanding our sales reach to two new markets, in order to which we need two experienced Sales Executives with direct experience from one of these markets.

You will:

  • Educate real estate prospects about the lifestyle lived within Lustica Bay and then help them with the purchase of real estate
  • Closely work with marketing team and senior management of the company
  • As a selling agent, you will create the sales interface with new customers as well as existing homeowners, and create and nurture a customer-service oriented selling environment
  • Responsibilities will involve all facets of the sales process including prospecting, selling and closing of home sites and homes
  • Cultivate qualified real estate leads, participate in special events, making presentations at member gatherings, while also helping maintain the high standards of service for members and guests
  • Facilitate and manage the negotiations of Purchase and Sale agreements, due diligence studies and the close of escrow
  • Prepare contract documents and track deal progress
  • Assist with documentation of transactions to ensure closing of sales
  • Establish and maintain outside agent networks in McCall, Boise and other source markets
  • Participate in industry associations, seminars, and events to promote the brand, develop market awareness and generate leads

In order to meet the above-mentioned responsibilities, you should possess:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, ideally business management, marketing, tourism or real estate
  • Proven successful track record in sale of high end resort or residential real estate
  • Thorough understanding of the sales process from the first contact through closing of the deal
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in English language plus one of the two: Turkish or Mandaring Chinese is necessary
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities while working in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to form and maintain strong relationships
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational and time keeping skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Flexibility, initiative and creative approach to finding solutions
  • High levels of loyalty & integrity
