Personal Assistant to CEO

The key aspect of your role is to free the CEO’s time from organising and administrative tasks so that they can spend maximum time on strategic tasks.

You will be:

  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
  • Organising events and conferences
  • Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
  • Collating and filing expenses
  • Miscellaneous tasks to support the CEO, eg completing some corporate governance reporting (to ensure that the business is being run properly and complying with legislation and regulations) or conducting research as per request

In order to meet the above-mentioned responsibilities, you should possess:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, ideally business management, economics or related
  • Proven experience in similar role for an international organisation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Montenegrin language is a must, additional languages are a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities while working in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to form and maintain strong relationships
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational and time keeping skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Flexibility, initiative and creative approach to finding solutions
  • High levels of loyalty & integrity
  • Excellent PC skills.
